Meet our Founder Lyndsay Bray
Lyndsay Bray has been defying authority her entire life. Since her teens, she’s drawn criticism for her “unbridled self-expression.” In spite of the neglect, abuse and character assignation she experienced as a child, she persisted in being “too direct, too outspoken and just plain too much.”
As a young mom of three, she slowly lost her personal identity and watched that once fierce fire within, burn out.
After a decade of therapy, she hit her brick wall.
Until she sought a life coach. And that changed everything.
Through coaching, her insecurities turned into confidence. A strength and fire emerged: What she had survived would fuel her journey. And she recognized that her true power was in amplifying the voice of that brash, direct, unbroken woman inside.
And she wanted that freedom for everyone.
The Lyndsay Bray Coaching Group was born out of her fierce desire to create this change for others by building a kick ass sisterhood of coaches.
